Returns & Exchanges

  • Unopened Products:
    We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit (excluding shipping costs).

  • Opened Tea or Herbal Blends:
    Due to the consumable nature of our teas, herbs, and tinctures, we cannot accept returns on opened products. However, if you’re unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us directly — we’ll gladly offer an exchange or credit to ensure your experience remains exceptional.

  • Defective or Damaged Items:
    If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll promptly send a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing your claim and verifying the issue.
