At Caps & Petals, we take pride in preparing and shipping each order with care to ensure your items arrive fresh, secure, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing, delivery, and tracking.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-order periods or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
Custom or made-to-order blends may require up to 5–7 business days for preparation.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
3. Local Pickup (if applicable)
Local pickup may be available at select Caps & Petals locations. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.
4. International Shipping
Currently, Caps & Petals ships only within the United States. We look forward to offering international shipping options in the future.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your package is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: Please contact the carrier using your tracking number first. We’re happy to assist where possible.

Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at capsandpetals@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Caps & Petals is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Order Changes or Cancellations
Changes or cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be modified.
