This is where every journey at Caps & Petals begins. In one visit, you'll experience all three pillars of our method and leave with a clear, personal path forward.

Your experience includes

• Intention Consultation (15 min): a guided conversation about where you are, what feels out of balance, and what you'd like more of.
• Aura Grounding™ Session (30 min): rest within a gentle field of light, frequency, and energy, chosen to match your intention.
• Paired Tea Ritual: a blend from our apothecary selected for your intention.
• Your Alignment Plan: a written plan with your focus pillar, recommended tea, visit rhythm, and a personal spoken intention.
• Take Home Intention Card to carry the practice into your week.

About 60 minutes | $75

We create the space for you to rest, reflect, and remember you are already whole.
