🍵 How to Use

• Drink: Stir ¼ teaspoon into 8–10 oz of water or lemon water. It doesn’t dissolve, so mix well and drink right away, between meals.
• Face Mask: Mix 1 teaspoon with water, rose water, or aloe gel into a paste. Apply 10–15 minutes, then rinse.

⚠️ Important Safety Notes

• Take at least 2 hours apart from any medication, supplement, or vitamin. Charcoal can keep them from being absorbed.
• For short-term, occasional use only. Not for daily long-term use.
• May cause temporary black stools (harmless).
• Do not use if you have chronic constipation or an intestinal condition.
• Avoid if pregnant or breastfeeding without medical guidance.
• Drink plenty of water.
