Meet Our Founder, Corine Short
Corine brings a rare blend of discipline, science, and spirit to Caps & Petals. She is a former Captain in the United States Air Force and holds a BA in Psychology with a focus on cognitive behaviorism, an MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and an MBA. She is also a certified CBT practitioner and a Reiki Master and Teacher. Over nearly two decades she has worked as a personal trainer, life coach, and clinical specialist in the medical field. After her own transformation journey, she dedicated her life to helping others become the best version of themselves.

Caps & Petals is the natural next chapter of that work. It's where her belief that our thoughts shape our lives meets the gentle power of plants and ritual.
