Most wellness shops hand you a product. At Caps & Petals, we start by looking. Balance Mapping™ is a private 45 minute wellness consultation in our North Houston studio that includes a live look at a single drop of your own blood under the microscope, shown on screen so you can see it with your own eyes.

For many guests it is the first time they have ever seen their blood alive and moving. It is a powerful moment, and a beautiful starting point for a conversation about how you eat, sleep, hydrate, move, and rest.

What happens in a session

  • A conversation first. We talk through your daily habits, your energy, and what you would like more of.
  • A simple finger prick. One small drop of blood is placed on a slide.
  • Live viewing. We look at your sample together under the microscope on screen and talk about what you are seeing.
  • Before and after option. Many guests like to view a second sample after a BioCharger session or a tea ritual, to see whether anything looks different to them.
  • Your Balance Map. You leave with a written starting path: tea blends, rituals, and studio experiences matched to your goals.
