🍵 How to Use

• Tea: Stir 1 teaspoon (about 2 g) into 8–10 oz of 180°F water. Steep 5–7 minutes.

• Tonic: Combine with lemon and fresh ginger for a bright green drink.
• Best time: Morning or early afternoon.

• High in vitamin K. Do not use if you take blood-thinning medication (such as warfarin).
