Your Balance Blend is formulated just for you. After your Client Intake and consultation, we hand-select herbs and minerals from the Caps & Petals apothecary to support your personal goals, whether that's joint comfort, steady energy, calm, or balanced cravings.

Each 30-day supply is blended with nutrient-rich Irish sea moss and comes with daily instructions and a guide to what you can expect along the way.

How it works

1. Complete your Client Intake (required before ordering) and book your consultation.
2. We formulate your blend based on your intake, goals and any lab results you share.
3. Choose your plan and format below. Your blend is made to order and ships or is ready for pickup 5–7 days after your formula is finalized.

Plans

• First Month: your initial custom formulation.
• Refill: for returning clients continuing their current formula.
• 3-Month Bundle: the best value, and the timeline most clients need for full results.

Formats

• Sea Moss Gel (Local Pickup): ready to use, kept refrigerated and frozen in daily portions.
• Dry Blend + Sea Moss Powder (Ships): shelf-stable, with simple instructions to make your gel at home.
