Remember Generosity

Formerly known as Festive Spirit

You have so much to give, and giving from a full heart only makes you fuller. Let this warming blend of spice, orange, and mint open your hands and your heart, and remember that generosity starts with how you treat yourself.

Your first step to remembering: Today, say “I am generous” out loud three times. Set a timer for midday and again for evening, and when it sounds, pause and say it once more. Notice what shifts.

This is only the beginning. The full path to remembering who you are lives in Stay Out of the Kitchen: Let Source Cook. Get your signed copy + Remember tea →
