Remember Love

Formerly known as Pure Affection

Love was never something outside of you to find. You are made of it. As you sip this sweet, berry-kissed rooibos, let it wrap around you like a hug and remind you: you are already loved, and you are love itself.

Your first step to remembering: Today, say “I am love” out loud three times. Set a timer for midday and again for evening, and when it sounds, pause and say it once more. Notice what shifts.

This is only the beginning. The full path to remembering who you are lives in Stay Out of the Kitchen: Let Source Cook. Get your signed copy + Remember tea →
