2. Complete the wellness intake survey after purchase.
3. Pick up your herbal case and weekly juice (or local delivery if offered).
4. Begin Day 1 with your scripture and AM formula.
5. Follow the 30-day plan with group or individual support.
6. Optional: schedule your Balance Mapping or blood type session.

🛠️ Structure of the 30 Days
