Remember Purpose

Formerly known as Vital Mate

You are here on purpose, for a purpose. That clear, driven energy inside you doesn’t need to be manufactured. Let this traditional South American yerba mate sharpen your focus and remind you why you rise each day.

Your first step to remembering: Today, say “I am purpose” out loud three times. Set a timer for midday and again for evening, and when it sounds, pause and say it once more. Notice what shifts.

This is only the beginning. The full path to remembering who you are lives in Stay Out of the Kitchen: Let Source Cook. Get your signed copy + Remember tea →
